From start to finish Finley's Roofing made this a very easy process. Mr. Finley visited my home for over an hour, provided me with plenty of information and details to assist in my decision making. After several weeks of entertaining other Roofing Companies, there was no need to search any further. I realized Mr. Finley's personal touch, sincere salesmanship and commitment to his product and company sealed the deal. Everything ran on time. Finley Roofing is a wonderful company to do business with. The owner provided a complete written estimate of the products and work to be completed at the outset and the crew was OUTSTANDING. They cleaned up at the end of each work day so that exiting my house was not an issue with debris and roofing nails for myself or my dog. All work was done to the specifications provided and no short cuts taken. Mr. Finley, came to my home and explained the GAF Architectural
roof to me, he was my third roof estimate. Roofs have changed in 16 years! It is a BEAUTIFUL roof l am pleased with everything on the installation, the crew told me what was going on during take off of the old roof and the new installation. I had to have boards replaced because of rotted wood where wind had pushed rain up under my old shingles.

My wife, and I solicited a total of three quotes from area roofing companies to replace our roof. After reviewing the quotes, we selected Finley’s Roofing Company to do the job. We selected Finley’s Roofing because of their years of experience in the business, and their positive Google reviews. Also, we were impressed that they were a Factory Certified MasterElite Roofing Contractor, and that they had an A+ BBB rating.

Once Finley’s personnel started the project, they arrived promptly at on home each day to begin work. Once the project was completed, the worker did an excellent job cleaning up the debris from our old roof.

We love the finished product, and are happy that we went with the shingle color that Finley’s Roofing assisted us in selecting.

Back in June we had a new roof installed on the house, at the insistence of our insurance company. It was getting old and parts of it was in pretty bad shape. We had planned on doing it sometime this year, but our timeline was pushed up by them. We decided to hire Finley's Roofing, who is local to us, but covers a lot of Atlanta.

They installed the new roof and Mr. Finely came by to inspect it and when I came out he was just standing there staring a the house. I asked "How are you"? He responded with "not good at all", "this is not going to work". He was staring at the roof. He said the roof was spotted and it was not suppose to be that way. I actually had not noticed, thinking the black spots were just dirt or wet from the packaging and would wash off with the first rain. He said no, he's not sure what it is but assured me it would be corrected.

He could have very easily not have said anything, and honestly I may not have ever noticed it. He told me this was his reputation and he was going to make it right. He took samples off of the roof and sent them to GAF, who is the manufacturer, for analysis. They determined it was oil from the manufacturing process. Mr. Finley put in a claim for us against the warranty to have the shingles replaced. GAF asked me to give it 90 days that they were sure it would wash off with a few rains. I agreed to do that.
80 days into the period Mr. Finley called me up and said he has been watching the house and that he saw no change. He was escalating the warranty claim with GAF. At the 90 days mark I contacted GAF as I was asked to do by them, and they said that they would submit the recommendation for warranty.
Two weeks later we had a check for the full amount of installation of our roof and today, Finley's Roofing is here removing the stained roof and preparing to install a new one. Should be finished by tomorrow.

In this day and time, this says a lot about FInley's Roofing and the owner Lani Finley. He handled everything: sampling, paperwork and contacts and all I had to do was make two phone calls to verify everything.

If you need a new roof, I would not hesitate to call Findley's. The work is amazing, the products top of the line and the price was surprisingly lower than we expected.
